The programme is laid out as two pages, landscape.  Please print (double sided) a number appropriate for your audience numbers.  These are meant to be printed in black & white at minimal expense on a simple computer printer.  As the PDF file is a picture you may have some difficulty with the double-sided printing and it does not see the reverse as a mirror image (at least when I printed it this proved to be the case).  You, of course, may be more clever than I.  No doubt you are.  A hard Word copy has been sent to everyone which should work fine.  Should you not have that to hand and experience the same problems, there are two solutions:  (1) print each page separately and turn the paper in the printer or (2) print one copy of each page and photocopy the remainder - although this will result in a lessening of the quality of the print/images on the final programmes.  Should you wish to recover costs, we imagine that a programme charge of between ten and twenty pence per copy would, in fact, see a slight operational gain.
